PRIVACY

Information shared
with a purpose.

The quote form asks for your name, email address, business name, and project description. You can optionally add a current website or timing information. Plasma’s Workbench uses those details to respond to your request and discuss the project.

Inquiry handling

The form uses the configured intake service when enabled on the live website. Submissions are stored through the hosting account and are available to the site owner. Netlify processes the information under its own privacy terms. Please avoid including payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a link containing campaign labels, your request may include those labels, the Workbench page you submitted from, and an example you selected. This helps Jon understand which links and examples lead to inquiries. The main Workbench pages do not add third-party analytics scripts or advertising cookies.

Demonstrations and external services

Project demonstrations can contain links or optional embedded content from other services, including social networks. Those services have their own privacy practices. Atelier No. 8 is a hypothetical salon demonstration.

Questions or deletion requests

You can reply to the email conversation about your project, or use the inquiry form to ask about information you previously submitted.

Service requests and estimates

When online intake is enabled, your request is stored privately so Jon can review the business problem, prepare a response, and manage the opportunity. Required details are your name, email, business name, and a short description. Phone, budget, current tools, and a consultation preference are optional. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive customer records, or confidential material.

In demonstration mode, use fictional sample details. Demo requests do not contact a business, create a contract, or take a payment. An estimate review link is private to the people you share it with; avoid forwarding it publicly. Automated customer messages are not enabled.
